The New Yorker What a Load of Balderdash
A Freedom Special Report

America’s Most Unwanted
The New Yorker—if you wonder why they don't use photographs, here's your answer…

This is the rogues’ gallery of apostates Paul Haggis banded with and who became reporter Lawrence Wright’s sources for his New Yorker “profile.” These are the individuals Wright relied on for his long-intended hatchet job on the Church of Scientology and each was endorsed by the magazine’s editors.

As Haggis himself said: “I have a perverse pride in being a member of a group that people shun.”

He’s in good company—any rational person would consider them well worth shunning.

It’s unlikely any of these characters are subscribers to The New Yorker. But then again, three serial batterers, one sexual deviant and two litigants looking for a payday apparently make for a perfect group of New Yorker sources. Trustworthy, dependable and all-around model citizens—with sources like these, who needs subscribers?
