In 1940, leading British psychiatrist John Rawlings Rees urged his fellows to “imitate the Totalitarians and organize some kind of fifth column activity [to] permeate every educational activity in our national life.... The two easiest of them naturally are the teaching profession and the Church....”
Canadian psychiatrist G. Brock Chisholm, who later co-founded the World Federation of Mental Health (WFMH) with Rees, encouraged the psychiatric infiltration of religion, calling for “The reinterpretation and eventually eradication of the concept of right and wrong” and declaring that “If the race is to be freed from its crippling burden of good and evil it must be psychiatrists who take the original responsibility.”
This was only the beginning of a subversive strategy that has rolled forward over more than half a century. This booklet documents how religions were infiltrated and destroyed.
